I did a bit of investigating re the powdered stock, usually I buy Massell which is a vegetarian option and not actually made from chicken or beef, but you can get those flavours. I bought some Vegeta at UCG Wholesalers where I buy tinned tuna, cans of tomatoes & frozen raspberries amoung other things. It clearly states on the packaging that there is no MSG, however the Vegeta sold at the supermarket does contain MSG so based on that stick with the Massell folks.
